Amazon Care is a hassle-free way to see a caring, dedicated, licensed doctor or nurse, and starting January 1, 2022, Amazon Care will be available to Whole Health Plan members in Austin, Dallas, Houston, LA, NYC, Phoenix, San Diego, Seattle, and Tucson (based on home zip code).

With Amazon Care you can connect via chat or video in seconds, and schedule an in-person follow-up visit in select areas. You and your dependents just need to be enrolled in the Whole Health Plan. Here’s how we can help:

Whole Health Plan members and their enrolled dependents in Austin, Dallas, Houston, LA, NYC, Phoenix, San Diego, Seattle, and Tucson (based on home zip code).

How much does it cost?

It’s always free to enroll and chat with a nurse. Pricing for video and in-person care will be dependent on your Whole Health Plan designation, but you will always be shown an estimated cost before starting a visit. Visit the Whole Health Plan resource page for more information.

How can I enroll in Amazon Care?

If you are on the Whole Health Plan and live in an eligible city, you will be able to download the Amazon Care app and enroll starting January 1, 2022.
