Changes to the Amazon Care Service

Amazon Care will offer urgent care services via 24/7 chat and video calls through 2:00 pm PST/5:00 pm EST on December 31,2022.

To help with the transition, Amazon Care is providing Care Team enrolled patients with local, in-network PCP resources where possible by 12/30 and can also help in directing you and your family to additional resources provided by your health plan.

Will I be able to access my medical records from Amazon Care?

Amazon Care complies with all applicable laws with respect to patient medical records. You may request copies of your medical records by emailing help@amazon.care or calling 1-855-594-6478.
